bd332 Terms & Conditions – Please Read Before Using the Platform

1Acceptance of Terms

Access to and use of bd332 is conditional upon your full acceptance of these Terms. These Terms form a binding contract between you and bd332 from the moment you access the platform, with or without a registered account. bd332 may at any time revise these Terms without prior notice. The revised Terms take effect immediately upon publication on the bd332 website. It is your responsibility to check these Terms periodically. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the platform immediately and contact bd332 support to close your account.

2Eligibility and Account Registration

To register an account with bd332, you must: (a) be at least 21 years of age; (b) be a resident of or physically located in a jurisdiction where online casino and sports betting is not prohibited by applicable law; (c) provide accurate, complete and current registration information including your legal name, date of birth, mobile number and National Identity Card (NID) number; (d) not be a current employee, contractor, agent, director or officer of bd332 or any affiliated entity; and (e) not already hold an active bd332 account registered to the same NID or the same mobile number.

You are permitted to hold only one bd332 account. Creating, operating, or being found to be in control of multiple bd332 accounts (whether directly or through a proxy, shared device, shared IP address, or shared payment method) is a material breach of these Terms. In the event of multi-accounting, bd332 reserves the right to close all accounts linked to the same individual, void all pending bets, and permanently forfeit all balances in those accounts without prior notice or liability to the player.

3KYC Identity Verification

bd332 is required to verify the identity of all players before processing any withdrawal request. KYC verification requires you to submit: (a) a clear, unobstructed photograph of the front and back of your Bangladesh National ID Card (NID); (b) a recent selfie photograph holding your NID; and (c) any additional documentation that bd332 may request to verify your address, source of funds, or age. bd332 will process KYC submissions within a reasonable timeframe, typically within 24 hours for complete and legible submissions. You may not submit a withdrawal request until your KYC has been approved. bd332 may request updated KYC documentation at any time during your account lifetime, including in connection with high-value transactions or changes to account details.

4Player Responsibilities and Prohibited Conduct

You are solely responsible for: (a) maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your password and any OTP codes; (b) all activity that occurs under your bd332 account whether or not authorised by you; (c) ensuring that your use of bd332 complies with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction; (d) ensuring that all funds deposited into your bd332 account are legitimately owned by you and are not the proceeds of any illegal activity; and (e) reading and understanding the rules of each game before placing real-money wagers.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the bd332 platform and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension and permanent forfeiture of balances: (a) providing false or misleading registration information; (b) accessing or attempting to access another player's account without authorisation; (c) using software, bots, scripts, automated tools or other technical means to gain an unfair advantage in any game or over the platform; (d) colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes; (e) engaging in any form of money laundering, fraud, or financial crime using the bd332 platform; (f) creating or operating multiple accounts; (g) exploiting bonus promotions in a manner that bd332 determines, in its sole discretion, to be abusive or contrary to the spirit of the promotion (including but not limited to matched betting, arbitrage, low-risk bonus play, or systematic bonus stacking).

5Privacy and Data Protection

By registering an account you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. bd332 uses your data exclusively to provide platform services, verify your identity, process payments, detect fraud, and comply with any applicable legal or regulatory obligations. bd332 does not sell, rent or share your personal data with any third party for marketing purposes without your explicit prior consent. All data is stored securely using industry-standard encryption and access controls.

6Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The bd332 platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or uninterrupted availability. bd332 does not warrant that the platform will be free from errors, bugs, service interruptions, or security vulnerabilities at all times. bd332 will make commercially reasonable efforts to maintain platform availability but does not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted access.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, bd332's total aggregate liability to you in connection with any claim arising from or relating to your use of the platform, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty or otherwise, shall not exceed the total net deposits made by you to your bd332 account in the 30 calendar days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. bd332 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special or exemplary damages of any kind, including but not limited to lost profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.
